All,

It was another great year of riding for YMC members with many memorable rides and experiences. I appreciate all the efforts everyone contributed to the club and making our events very successful and enjoyable. Our three Road Captains (Hot Stuff, Greyhound & Krash) did most of the heavy lifting to organize, plan and lead our club rides in 2011 and deserve special recognition. My VP (FirstShirt) did also a great deal of work behind the scenes leading the Ride Committee and organizing the meeting locations. Serving ad both our club secretary and safety officer, B2 has been a driving force in the club. Our Loggie, Mark P, has done a great job keep club items in stock and supporting club functions. The 2011 officers made my job easy and very enjoyable. Thank you for your hard work.

The club is very fortunate that many of these great folks are returning in 2012. The only new officer this year is our Logistics Officer (Grinder) and he has already proven to be a great asset to the club. I appreciate all of these guys willing to serve the club for the benefit of us all. As we plan rides and events for 2012, we will also need help from other members. Several members have always answered the call when needed and I know you will be there again when I tap you on the shoulder

Finally, I want to point out that this 2011 Ride Forum will be closed soon. I have already created a new forum for 2012 Club Rides. If you want to receive forum posts via email, you need to go to new forum and subscribe.

I would like do some more for the group next year if I can.

The last nine months for me were great (though a little exhausting) and I would do it again in a heatbeat. In fact; I think I will.
